While I am pleased with the boots, they took over a month to arrive. I received no product update or shipping information until I reached out three weeks after my order date. I got a vague response about stock issues, then received the boots a week later. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and delay.

These are so cute and exactly as pictured. I ordered a half size down because they were out of my size and they still fit well. Great buy and great delivery and customer service.
First off...amazingly fast shipping and great communication by the company to let you know where things are at with the shipping. The Chelsea boots are very cute, solid and the height of the shaft (a bit shorter than most booties) is perfect for any length of pant - especially with a rolled cuff. The faux leather does not look cheap and looks like real leather. I would say they are on the narrow side. I have a wide foot and they are snug across the ball/bridge of my foot. I also have a high arch so they are a bit snug across the top of my foot. I imagine they will stretch out a bit though. Great little bootie and I'm totally impressed with the company. Would definitely order from them again.
