These were out of stock when I found them. I placed an order for the black pair as soon as they were back because I loved the style and picture. They arrived quickly, but it was very disappointing ... they no longer have the Buckle which makes them very cute. I sent an email and shophearts responded quickly. They did offer a return at no cost, or an exchange. I finally decided on keeping them since I waited so long, and they are for winter and work.

these boots are my now favorite! worth the money, and true to size. not only were they a great price, they have a comfy fit, and they are super cute! i also ordered a jacket from here to go with these boots, and i have to say, it will not be my last time ordering from this site.
