I was looking for a platform sandal I could wear, pain free. As a mom of 2 small kids I needed to be able to keep up and not wear myself out with unpractical shoes. These sandals were it!! I haven't had the opportunity to wear these out in public yet however I am looking forward to it. The color is a clay orange/brown color. I was hoping for more red but this color is fine. I was concerned the heel would be too high but it's not. Also, it feels very stable when walked on. Very cute and stylish.
